If you do not know me already, my name is Nichelle Simon.

I moved here in August of 2007 and am the Assistant Director of the HHDC.

Before I moved here, I lived in Atlanta and I spent the last year there coaching the Lady Thrashers program at the Cooler in Alpharetta, GA. I was very impressed by how far their program has come and how well it works for the women of that area. 

I want to provide that to the women here as well as I have had many of you approach me about the opportunity. I would like to mirror our program off of that one so please take a look at the information to the right to get a better idea of the program.

Program Description: The next session will begin on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 9:10pm -10:30pm. We will have a practice and the next Wednesday will be a scrimmage and it will go on like that between practice/scrimmage for the session. We will also have the opportunity to put our team into tournaments in the area if there is enough interest. We can even team up with the Lady Thrashers to go to tournaments as they sometimes have a few that want to go but not enough. How practices will run: We will work on some things together as a group for the first part of practice usually and then we will split into two (or three) groups based on skill and work on things specific to those groups. For scrimmages, all of the women registered will be allowed to play in the scrimmages and the teams will be split up evenly based on skill. We will have refs for these as well!

9:10pm to 10:30pm. These times will remain the same for September 10, 17, and 24. Beginning October 1, the times will change to 8:55pm -10:15pm for the remainder of the session.
